Sky have delayed dispatching out broadband router, it's now been awaiting dispatch for nearly 3 weeks. We have an engineer on friday to set us up however no router? And no idea when it'll turn up. We have the sky glass tv which we cannot use due to no wifi. We get charged for everything from today but we're paying for things we have no access to.

You shouldn't be charged until either the broadband goes live on your account or your Sky Glass TV is installed for you.
