Can’t connect to any WiFi. My app is saying there is no issue and I am connected, I’m not.

For the past hour our WiFi has not stayed connected. Now I can't get anything to load, I've tried checking my broadband & WiFi through the sky app and it's saying there are no issues. Which is clearly not true. I'm not able to connect at all. I've tried resetting the router and everything. Nothing had fixed it so far

Thank your for your response. 
I have been able to get through on call and have discussed the issue. We have been booked for an engineer to sort it, as it was some kind of external issue.
