How to port forward???

I run a gaming server with friends and have recently changed address and changed to sky broadband. How do I open ports? When I go to the admin menu on desktop I'm told to go to the app for port forwarding, however there are no options for this within the app How do I do it? Why can't this be done via the admin menu anymore? Why is all the online help not accurate, some things say to go I to an advanced menu but this doesn't exist when I look Very frustrating Thanks HH

Hi 

 

Thanks for responding, where exactly in the app is advanced settings? 

 

The only option I can find is product settings. Which only has options for sky shield and MCaffee

In the My Sky app there should be an option for your Sky Max hub under product settings. This article might help;

Hi

 

The hub doesnt show up within the app as it should. Says that the hub might not be set up yet which it is and the help just takes you to a link to download the app.

 

Thanks for the help but looks like Im going to have to call them tomorrow

 

So frustrating that something that used to take a few minutes now requires an app that doesnt work correctly
