Weak wifi

Hey - I'm still struggling with weak WiFi signal where previously all has been well for years - I previously tried all the resets and spoke to you a few weeks ago I have tried disconnecting the netgear but still experience the same issues when certain devices are disconnected, could this be an issue with the hub and or the extender itself? Many Thanks Neil
