I received a Black Friday offer from Sky for Superfast Broadband for £23 a month, 18mths, I have Superfast now but it's out of contract
So I follow the links to Sky and it tells me Superfast £35.50 a month instead, but Ultrafast is £32....
I've been trying for ages going around in circles to find what I am doing wrong or missing and can't see anything .
Any idea why I can't get that deal? Email says it's valid until 28/11/22

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@rachelb16 Offers tend to be for new customers, you're an existing customer so may not apply to you, if you want to reduce the cost of your package you'll need to call Sky to negitiate anew deal with them.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Thanks, will try to call them ASAP. Very unfair they give the lower offer to a new customer when I've been a loyal customer for over 13yrs...
