Terrible internet/wifi

For a number of weeks now my internet speed/connection is diabolical. Despite Sky checks indicating all is ok, it is not, and ironically whilst in the middle of doing check where I am told everything is good, I still get this. Screenshot 2025-01-02 at 19.25.04.png
