Sky have the Super League rights for the next three years if that is what you are asking:

Thank you for the reply. We're looking for at least two matches per round throughout the year. A three-year contract for that package would be huge for us since we have a larger audience here in Papua New Guinea that is eager to see their idol players feature in the fantastic rugby Super League games.

As others have said, we are only discussing Sky here as broadcast to the UK and Ireland, and we are viewers of that service. I would contact your local broadcasters, as we would have no idea who owns the rights outside of the UK and Ireland.
