Discussion topic: Can't upgrade Discovery+ after joining TNT

Can't upgrade Discovery+ after joining TNT
I joined TNT sports today and then tried to upgrade my Discovery+ app on Sky to watch Sports as I should be able to do. I get to a page that says "Upgrade your pass using your mobile phone or desktop browser, then select Retry to start watching". But it gives no indication how to do that. I have tried reactivating the account and logging in by email. Nothing works. Anyone help?

Have you followed the step by step guide here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus
Its also worth noting it can take up to 48 hours i believe for it to activate.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I did try the advice on that link. Still didn't work. Interesting it might take 48 hours to activate. AI advice is 24 hours and it's been 24 hours so far.
I'll try to be patient, but this really is very poor indeed.
