parental controls switch off

I have turned parental controls off in security settings but no effect. Am I missing something?

@Glenn463
Only a credit card will suffice, NOT a debit card. It has been suggested on here the credit card doesn’t have to be yours so you can borrow one from a friend or family member if you haven’t got one yourself. The only other way is if you have signed a credit agreement with Sky, then they will already know you are 18 or over so if you call them on 150 they can deactivate this for you.
