Activating sim

When trying to activate my SIM card it keeps popping up error it's already activated when I sign in however I can't call anyone or even have a phone number.  I can't find a phone number to call for support and would like some help on the phone to a person

I am having the same problem with activating 2 SIM cards for my children's iPads!

Hi, I e just figured this out so thought I'd share.

 

On the QR code that you get it has a date and time stamp at the bottom.


Use that time stamp to reference the email

with the confirmation code it will be within a minute or two at the time the email

was sent.


That is the correct confirmation Code to use for that QR code.


I had to got back to a code sent yesterday and it worked.
