I'm struggling as well with my sons. It tells me to link to sky ID, then after going through it all, it tells me that it's already linked. Then it takes me to the homepage, I press manage and it goes back to the homepage and I've been going round in circles all day with an upset boy. I'm loathed to put it on here as I'm probably doing something stupid.

I've logged out and logged back in around 5 or 6 times over the course of the day, linked to my SkyID more than 15 times and every time it says its linked and takes me to the main page.
