I ordered a SIM card for an iPad that requires an esim

So I ordered 2x iPad Pro M4, I ordered SIM cards as I didn't realise they do not have the port to insert them, they take ESIM. How do I go about getting an ESIM in place of the 2 SIM cards I have but cannot insert?? Tried talking to the Robot but I'm getting no sense!

@Rae_247  Log in to your mobile account and select the relevant SIM, go to mange SIM and there is an option to convert your physical SIM to esim.

You need to do it for each SIM separately.
