Changing Order
I've just ordered a Samsung tablet but now want to change it for a more expensive model and also add an iPhone onto the contract.
How can I do this before the order is dispatched to me on the 17th of December?
Many thanks for any advice.

Re: Changing Order
I think you put the wrong date in there as 17 December was over a week ago..
To amend your order you will have to call Sky. It will involve being credit checked again.

Re: Changing Order
Would it be easier just to add on the other phone with another application tomorrow. I presume they'll both be delivered at the same time?

Re: Changing Order
They won't necessarily arrive together. It will depend on stock levels and you'll still have to cancel the original order for the now unwanted device.

Re: Changing Order
No, you misunderstood. I ordered a Samsung tablet for myself but now my girlfriend wants a new iPhone 16. They both say delivery will be Saturday if ordered tomorrow...
Many thanks for your help.

Re: Changing Order
Yes, I meant the 17th December. I will stick with the tablet I ordered as I don't really need the too of the range one for my needs.

Then by ordering an iPhone (separately) will still involve further credit checks.

Re: Changing Order
That should be an issue as I haven't applied for anything on credit in about 6 months and my credit rating is good.
Many thanks for your help 👍
