No reception/signal to send/receive text messages or make/receive calls

I have not had any signal to send and receive text messages or make/receive calls for a few days now. I have done all of the things suggested online, my mobile phone software is up to date and there are apparently no known issue with the network. I'm in the UK, using a Samsung Galaxy S22+. Has anyone else got this issue?
