phone order

Good afternoon I have placed an order with sky to deliver a new mobile phone and sim card tomorrow but upon ordering there was no option to get my phone delivered to another address instead as i will be at work but my parents won`t be

The device has to be delivered to the account address. Perhaps your parents can be at your address, have the same surname as you and the required photo I.D.?
