Good afternoon I have placed an order with sky to deliver a new mobile phone and sim card tomorrow but upon ordering there was no option to get my phone delivered to another address instead as i will be at work but my parents won`t be

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe device has to be delivered to the account address. Perhaps your parents can be at your address, have the same surname as you and the required photo I.D.?
