Txt sending as emails

my txt messages are sending as emails with sky mobile on iPhone 15 how do I change that

Give this a try:

 

Go to Settings > Messages > Sensd & Recieve > Make sureyour phone number is ticked rather than your email address.

Hi it won't let me tick my mobile number only my email address it keeps saying  unsuccessful activation

I have tried everything apart from a factory reset and still unsuccessful
