Sky mobile VIP offer £5/10GB

I keep seeing this deal in the VIP section of my sky app but as soon as I add it to a basket it goes to £14 instead of £5. Anyone know why?

Hi @jh93  those deals are normally for new customers or additional sims on your account. Wait until the phone lines open on Friday and give sky a call and they may be able to add the offer for you.
