iPhone 16 issue

I can't do anything past the hello screen, won't let me swipe up or do anything! Done a major reboot, and that hasn't done anything either! Plus it's getting really hot and we've not been able to do anything to it to make it hot, please help 🤦‍♀️

We had the same problem set the phone up then installed software update phone won't do anything . Phone also very hot to touch and won't charge. Took phone to Apple Store and they couldn't get the phone to charge and said its faulty. Sending back to sky tomorrow and getting a new iPhone 16

I ended up just sending it back, I had a feeling Apple wouldn't beable to fix it, sky said it was a software problem, it's defo put me off getting another Apple!
