Hi,
I recently did a swap and sent my old phone back. I had an email this morning saying that there was more damage to my old phone meaning that the value of the device was lower than the amount shown in my order confirmation. It said that I need to log into my account to choose how I would like to continue by 1/12/2023, I've tried doing so but I can't find any options anywhere. Not sure how to do this?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Megjones99 looks like you will have to call sky for help with this, call on 150. I would dispute the damage if you think the phone was ok when you sent it. It helps if you took photos before sending it.
