My device swap was returned?
Recently upgraded and did the 'swap my device' thing. Recieved emails with revised price no problem and if Sky didnt hear any further they would proceed with new price. But instead of doing that the old device was returned without any email confirmation as to why?
Not sure who to contact next to retrn the device and proceed

You would need to call Sky on 150 from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it, stay slient when asked anything by the bot.
