Why is it taking so log to port my number from a Pay-as-you-go O2 SIM to a Sky one?
When I activated the Sky SIM on 25th February I was emailed and told it would happen by 27th February but it didn't happen. I called customer services and was promised it would by 6th March, it didn't happen and when I called again was told it would be by 8th March. So I've called and spoken to advisors three times but neither my old or new phone is working now and haven't for two weeks.
