screen broken

why cant i sort a repair online? my screen is broken and it wont let me repair! the page just says it timed out or doesn't excist

If the link isn't working then you will have to call Sky to arrange the devices return.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
