Tracking link gets error message
Sorry if the title isn't very clear. I ordered my phone early am on 19/12, and got a message saying it would be delivered on Fri 2/12. There was no one at home between 2pm-5pm, but no card or anything left. I've checked my messages etc and it's still saying it will be delivered yesterday! When I click on any of the links to track my order, I just get an error message. Any idea what could be happening? Or any other way to check delivery? TIA Jo

Hi @Joanne2505 can you confirm the tracking is with DPD as that's who sky normally use and you are given an hour slot not 3 hours ?
