eSim

so i ordered and ipad as a christmas present for my son trying to get the eSim set up on it but i haven't recieved a conformation code for the eSim. ipad and eSim were both order on the 18th november and i have checked all emails and sky account emails and nothing. i have also tried entering the eSim in manually and it still wont work. any help would be great appreciated
