Attempting to access piggybank and keep getting direct to SIM and phone deals page. I have tried all menu options on that page, tried talking with the chat bot same result.

Hi @TAltoft call sky on 150 and don't speak when prompted, you should then get put through to a person who should be able to look at why it's not working for you.
