Sim not activating.

hi my sim is not activating. it tells me to contact my carrier but im unable to as my sim isnt activating and i cant call sky .

as usual sky assitant chat box was "helpful" and did nothing.

i cant reactivate or replace esim as it wants to send a code to the number of the sim im trying to activate 😂

please help

Sky can be contacted via social media if you haven't another mobile or landline phone, so the likes of Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp is where they can be found.
