Cannot activate new SIM as cannt link SKY ID to mobile accunt

Got sky account 

Bought. New mobile 

Phone arrived 

Can't activate SIM 

Can't link phone to current sky account 

Says "not details we hold for you" when I put last 6 digits of my bank account

If you have another phone you could call Sky and ask them for help with this:

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
