Refund

Why it so complicated to refund money for cancelled order ? I've got the email, that I will get refund in a 14 days, but left almost 1 month! still didn't get even a message about my refund. What's wrong?

If the reimbursement of the upfront charge hasn't happened yet you'll need to call Sky to chase it up. 

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile or alternatively use this link:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and a dedicated 03** UK number is displayed.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a dedicated ROI number.
