About my delivery

My order is not delivered and it,s turned back to Sky . So what I will do now???

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

i have ordered two phones from sky 

i need to confirm will both phones comes via same delivery. As the delivery suppose to come today but unfortunately i missed the delivery as i was in work any help

We have no insider knowledge regarding stock levels so can't confirm both woukd arrive together. Did you get the email from Sky, and then another from DPD which had details of your 1 hour delivery time slot?
