Just wanted to say a big thank you to Marc, the second time he has visited the property and each time he is a ray of sunshine and a credit to the sky team.

I wanted to find a way to thank the advisor I spoke to this evening. I believe his name was Steven, and I'm pretty sure he was Scottish. I called at about 7:30pm to change my address and order a new phone. He helped me through every step, was patient when my baby was making all sorts of noises in the background and was an all around lovely person. I want to thank Liam (removed) HE has been Amazing. I phoned up couple of weeks ago to negotiate my new Contract which was coming to the end. I spoke to another Liam (Coincidence) and we sorted everything out...so I thought...
A few days later I looked to see the price negotiated online....it had nearly DOUBLED in price!
Rang up spoke to another Liam, realised from the voice it was a different Liam.
He was fabulous, sorted it all out, and told me he was going to ring me today (Sunday) after I finish work
to let me know everything. Sure enough he phoned back and it's been corrected.
He was professional, and knew his stuff lol! A lovely Manchester Lad lol!

I don’t often post anything but want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Emma from the Dunfermline Technical Team who went above and beyond to help me sort an issue I was having with Sky. Having been round various departments over the period of a week, I was fortunate to eventually get through to Emma who took time to listen to my issue. She then took the necessary action to resolve the issue which had put me at the brink of terminating my contract with Sky after being a loyal customer for over 24 years. Emma was knowledgeable about the policies and operational aspects of the organisation. She took the time to explain everything clearly and above all was able to resolve the issue I was faced with in the most professional manner I could have ever imagined. Her professionalism is exemplary and she is a true ambassador for Sky. I wish there were many more like her at Sky, as her impact on the organisation is simply exceptional. Hi, I phoned today as my contract was up for renewal. I was put through to your Stockport hub & spoke to Keziah. I explained that I didn't want to be upsold anything and wasn't looking for any add-on services, I would just like to pay less than my renewal quote. Keziah quickly sorted me out with what I wanted & surprised me with the news that I would actually be paying less for the next 24 months!! Happy days!! What a difference from the last times I have had to renew.......I was braced for an hour long call saying that I didn't want this, that or the other. All over and done with in 5 minutes by a lovely, friendly helpful young lady who is a credit to your company. I actually couldn't believe it. Quick, easy & cheaper. Thank you again Keziah. I hope you're still there in 24 months when I need to renew again 🙂

So after a rather unpleasant experience with the text messaging customer service I put a complaint in by phone and got put through to Karen in retentions. Karen i am yet to receive a feedback message but want you recognised in case it doesn't arrive. Karen was extremely helpful and sorted my issue out in minutes and saved me a lot more stress. She was open honest friendly and everything a customer service representative should be an absolute pleasure. 10 out of 10 a hundred times over. Thanks again so so much.

Used the live chat today (22nd June 2024) to express my concerns over rising bill costs. I was assisted today by Varun, nothing was too much trouble for them, they were extremely helpful, pleasant and concise in sorting me out a better deal so that I could keep my packages! I just wanted to thank Isi in the broadband cancellation team - I wasn't happy with how my complaint had been dealt with and so I got put through to her to cancel my broadband altogether, but Isi understood my concerns and frustrations. She reassured me in a confident and empathetic way, before suggesting that perhaps there had been some miscommunication between me and previous colleagues, so actually the issue I complained about was not an issue! Isi quickly did the necessary upgrade to provide me with the service I needed and gave me a case number if ever I needed to call in to refer back to what she had advised me. Isi had a great sense of humour throughout and I left the call with a smile on my face 🙂 Truly an above and beyond service; thank you Isi!

I can't remember her name as we were too busy chatting but I REALLY hope you track down who I spoke with on the phone. I received an email from sky today saying when my 18m contract is up, it will be going up £20 a month! So I was looking to cancel but wanted to find out when I could do it. Initially tried online as I never call companies, online is easier but it said an hour wait. So today I thought, I'm just gonna call and I'm so glad I did. The Scottish lady I spoke to was so helpful, friendly and personable. I told her the issue, she reminded me what a valued customer I was and wanted to see what she could do for me. This isn't a post because she saved me money; because turns out I'm still in contract for a few months so it's best to wait and call back. She gave me the date it was best to call back, and told me they would try and help me then. She then reminded me of the SkyVIP comps etc I should enter, and gave me some good information about sky mobile and the deals they do if I wanted to switch to them when my contract is up with my current provider. We then ended up speaking about the weather, and onto the euros. Quick chat about the football and wishing each others teams well (Scotland and England) I completely forgot the reason I was calling was to find out about ending my contract. She was so lovely I could of chatted to her all day! Its no wonder she's on your cancellation team, she's such a lovely helpful person to speak to that I'm hoping I get to speak with her again when I phone back in September, and I'm no longer considering leaving but will speak again and see what deals I can take out to save me some money. im so sorry I didn't catch the name, but please find her and pass my praise on to her, and her manager as she's an absolute credit to your company. I am a disabled housebound Customer of SKY, I have been a customer for over 23 years, I'm able to really leave their house to my lung condition, when SKY VIP started giving tickets away to go to a cinema it was a brilliant idea however I was not included due to my own condition. However I think somebody at VIP land who decide to reward their customers said we will allow our customers to download and keep a new movie, so I decided I thought well I can't go to cinema so I bring it home to SKY and I will have my cinema with SKY VIP. i'd like to say a big thank you to SKY it's brilliant movie it's new and I can watch it as many times as I like and it's great to be included. Thank you very much again keep up the great work it is greatly appreciated to be included. It seems that I didn't have to think twice. I didn't miss out because of the way I am. SKY I know it just can't be done every single time but it's great to have something relevant even be like once every six month the version of the movie that you think about because I will be interested if the movie is relevant it's my interest again thank you SKY VIP keep up the great work and I look forward to see what my next movie night is gonna be thanks again.

Caroline was wonderful when I rang about a Grading issue yesterday, 13th June - and from being a jibbering wreck, managed to calm me down by her helpful conversation and all done with a beautiful Scottish lilt! The matter has now been resolved but by the end of the conversation, I had become proficient in the Police Phonetic Alphabet - in fact, I think it should now have "C for Caroline" and "L for Lewis" and was even laughing with Caroline! Recently I was unfortunate to of lost my partner to breast cancer. In the ensuring time I had to deal with a lot of services and companies. Sky stood head and shoulders above all. From the star to customer service were quick to.move me to the correct department were the assistant dealt with all of the issues involved with compassion and understanding. I spoke to Rob from customer service who was wonderful. He took the time to understand our situation (UK Sky Mobile phones but using in Ireland with very heavy data requirements) and suggested a solution that was cost effective and worked without us needing to replace our physical SIM cards (as that would necessitate travel back to the UK). He was super friendly, helpful and willing to think outside the box to resolve our issue. He also didn't put any pressure on whatsoever and genuinely wanted the best for us. He was absolutely amazing - thanks Rob! (the solution is working great!).

I'm afraid I don't remember her name but she was a star last night. She managed to put the order through where three others had failed before. Not their faults but a technical issue prevented them from choosing a date for delivery, six weeks later and I thought I'd try again, and she answered the call. She told me she would raise the issue with the tech staff and call me back on the weekend. This was what happened before. No joy. She called last night and although the same issue occurred she found a workaround and needless to say she managed to put the order through and it's arriving in three days. Please find her and thank her for me, I was so shocked that she had made this happen that I think I failed to adequately thank her for all her efforts. She was fantastic. Thank you.

Many thanks to Marina. We had lost all sky service on our dish. She immediatetly identified the problem as being neighbourhood trees and an old dish. She replaced the dish and put it higher on the wall. Problem solved. She then sorted out a number of other issues we had with the remote etc, removed an old cable and gave me a few shortcut tips. Excellent service, very efficient and a lovely lady. We are very happy.

We exchanged our sky Glass back to Sky Q today and, as a result were unable to connect the Sky Q box to the new TV. we contacted Sky and spoke to a Tech Advisor who unfortunately I neglected to get his name. after nearly an hour we we're finally connected. It was such a relief. But the thanks must go to the Tech Guy who assisted me with such patience. He was so calm and knowledgeable about everything I wanted and needed. I'd spoke to Ben on Tuesday who arranged my package but when I checked, the monthly total was nothing like he had promised and caused me some concern. I spoke with David yesterday who was wonderful and managed to get my monthly payment back to what had been promised earlier, and with such kindness too. I called today at around 140pm and was put through to him as I wanted to cancel my contract as the new price was expensive. Well he changed my mind. From the moment he took my call he was so friendly, polite, professional and charming. He was so helpful and informative. We had some lovely chats while we waited for available quotes for my account to come through and I can say from many years in customer service that Sky are VERY LUCKY to have him on staff. The first man I spoke to was not in the department I needed but he was really friendly and helpful in connecting me to the correct department. The woman who sorted my SIM was lovely. We've had a very lovely agent on the phone today helping with a room that wouldn't quite get broadband coverage in a new flat - I just wanted to pass on my thanks as the call sadly disconnected (very spotty reception in areas of my house, probably the cause of our broadband issues too!) before I could properly thank him for his immense help! I mentally prepped muself for the ususal phsychological warfare you have to endure when calling any big provider but he's made it all a pain-free and smooth process, also knowledgable and sympathetic. I called the SKY Bereavement line and spoke to Tina (Removed), she was very patient and had great compassionate skills and was to able to get a good deal for my mother. Tina was very patient and put my mum at ease, she was very thorough and went above and beyond to look for better deals for my mums circumstances. We were on the phone for over an hour but Tina remained very patient and accommodating . Thanks Tina @TCS05 for your amazing customer service,SKY are very lucky to have an employee like you!

We recently had a visit from a Sky engineer, Darrell M., to resolve ongoing issues with our Sky Mini box in the garden annex and the main box not connecting to the router. We have had a few issues getting our new fibre installation to our home, mostly due to miscommunication between Openreach and Sky. Shamise has been amazing, going above and beyond to try and help us get installed. Her friendly manner and efforts were very much appreciated and the Openreach engineer installed our broadband/phone/TV today and we are all up and running! Thanks are also due to Leanne who helped confirm our number ported forward OK and helped with diagnostics on our new connection when one room was too far to get the wifi signal. Engineer Shaun went above and beyond to get our satellite sorted out. He could have done what others have done and told us to get trees chopped, or told us he couldn't do anything, but he didn't. Tommy is one of the Loyalty Team Support Team. I was on the telephone for over two hours today trying to sort out my Sky TV package, we looked at it together and was able to sort a contract that I was happy with. I also came away with a very competitive Broadband deal as my main aim was to try to cut my monthly outgoings. Tommy was incredibly patient and extremely professional. I would just like to feedback to Sky what a lovely, pleasant employee they have, nothing was too much trouble. Tommy was happy to go through everything with me and was happy to answer the questions that I had. I truly felt that I'd had the best possible customer service.

I spoke to a gentleman this evening from Sky mobile & the service i received was amazing! When you speak to someone from a call centre, especially after 5pm, it is usually emotionless & robotic. The sky resource i had converstion with was friendly & so helpful. Unfortunately i did not get his name but I really hope Sky recognise & appreciate this level of service from its employee as this is not something i usually encounter from other companies. He made my day!

I'd like it to be noted by the call centre management of the exceptional service i recieved today I called in regards to a poor broadband connection. The agent was knowledgeable, very chatty and put me at ease and reassured everything possible would be done to ensure its fixed. He ran his tests, requested i preform some resets and with a small delay the error occured again so a new router was required. He explained the timelines of events moving forward including the call back to ensure everything was running smoothy. There were no akward silences just poistitve energy coming from the man.
