A couple of weeks ago bt told me my land-line contract had expired and I was charged £50+ monthly. I contacted Sky where I have had tv and broadband for 20 yrs to ask if I could move my land-line to Sky. I was told no but given a reduction on my charges. I tried again a few days later and was told the same Sky could not take charge of my land-line. I contacted BT to see if I could get £50 reduced. To my amazement they gave me tv, broadband, mobile phone, land-line, and housephone cheaper than I am paying Sky so I finished saving £50 per month. An engineer is coming next week to set up fibre broadband, install router etc etc. Thank you to Sky for 20 years service. I was amazed they could not assist with land-line or fibre broadband etc despite me living in Oldham and not a remote island. Even when I cancelled there was no attempt to talk me out of it.

I am submitting this review on my issue with retun of a puck which caused me significant stress. and through my hours dealing with sky India . with no resolve . I waited until Sky UK was active on the Monday Morning. I am very happy to tell all about the two sky representatives who assisted and investigated my return of the puck. It seems it was the norm for the returns to the depot in Warwickshire uk can take many weeks to confirm the return. I my case it was in excess of 8 weeks approx. Lee the sky representative based in Glasgow and Karen based in Livingston where very helpful . I Can't thank them enough for the efforts . Both spen time to discuss the problem and both are very professional, polite , understanding , giving me all the time i needed to talk to them Both investigated the matter both ladies went the extra mile to resolve the problem that II reported . Apologies do not remember names, but spoke to both the renewal team and the technical team this morning The first call was to renew my contact following recieving a quote I wasn't happy about at the end of my current contract. The lady I spoke to was really professional, friendly and dealt with my issue really quickly. I was very pleased with what she offered and how easy it was to understand! I asked for her to transfer me to the technical team after to deal with a slow running sky stream puck. The man was so patient and waited on the call as he took my step by step of updating my device. He knew everything that was happening before it even happened, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sorted my issue quicky and didn't rush me at all. Just spent an hour and a half in the phone with a Sky customer service agent called Danny, based in Bulgaria. It was his first day today (10th Oct 2025) and he was so patient and kind. Things were moving so slowly on my TV and he stayed on the phone while things took forever to update, asking questions and keeping me informed at every stage. Best customer service I've ever had - so compassionate (I've recently had a bereavement that meant I didn't have all the info to hand), helpful and friendly. 10/10

I had a problem with my bill (overcharged) so I tried the online chat to get a resolution. It was a horrendous experience, lengthy with no resolution. So I rang and complained only for my complaint to be opened and shut within seconds of each other. I rang again and got put through to Andrew- one of the loyalty representatives, he was brilliant. He listened, looked into the complaint, quickly saw what the problem was and resolved it. He is a credit to Sky. I would have rated him excellent but I don't get the texts to feedback. Hence why I have tried this forum to get him the feedback he deserves.

From the moment the call began, he made both me and my son feel completely comfortable about the idea of switching over. He walked me through every step of the process with so much patience, kindness, and reassurance that any doubts I had completely disappeared. It’s rare to speak with someone who not only understands their job so well, but also genuinely cares about the people on the other end of the line. I am currently experiencing a high degree of frustration trying to change from SkyQ to Sky Stream and have raised several complaints about the issues I have experienced which has resulted in dissatisfaction with the customer service team. On Friday 3 October I was fortunate to speak to Costa who I understand is one of your Technical Agents based in Bulgaria Costa showed initiative and took the time to read through the notes on my account. Yesterday I had the best phone experience ever! Memo was so patient knowledgeable (did I spell that right) and determined to help me. We had such a laugh and it was so refreshing to have a call with someone who managed to make me smile and fix my problem . I'm pretty sure he also advised a career choice and convinced me that i'm not going to turn 70 surrounded by cats. I work with customers face to face in banking so I know the pressure customers service is but your Memo is truly a diamond. I'm thinking maybe i'll have problems with my sky every now and again Memo . I even admitted to Memo the closest relationship I have is my full size cut out of Jason Mamoa and no he doesnt come to bed with me ,tut tut ,he's a burglar deterant at my window. Anyway Memo convinced me that's not so weird. He professionally had a laugh with me and brought me back to my initial reason for calling. So Memo here is a YEEEEEEHA! form this wannabe cowgirl . Dear Sky Customer Services Team, I wanted to take a moment to provide some feedback on the fantastic service I received today from one of your engineers, Joe. Joe visited me at my new build home and spent time explaining the options available to me for installing Sky. Although satellite installation proved to be a challenge due to the wiring, Joe was more than willing to carry out the work if I wanted. He explained everything clearly, including the potential impact on how the wiring would look inside and outside the house. Thanks to his honest and helpful advice, I decided against the satellite option and instead chose to proceed with Sky Stream. I really appreciated the way he guided me through my choices, ensuring I made the best decision for my home. Joe was friendly, efficient, and genuinely went the extra mile. I called up today (20/09/2025) for an issue with the SkyGo app. Martin was the advisor who took my call. I explained I'm not technically savvy but I was trying to use the app on my phone for the first time and it was coming up with an error for the program I selected. I thought it could be due to me not setting up the Sky TV puck (as I don't own a TV at the moment, when I first came to Sky to sort out WiFi, I was sort of pushed into Sky TV as well as I knew I wouldn't be getting a TV for a while but the sales agent was just saying "so can I set you up with it?"). Martin listened to me and was talking me through what I was seeing. Turns out, I was trying to watch a show on a channel not included in my plan. To be honest, this made me laugh as it was such a silly mistake on my part. Not once did Martin make me feel daft about making this mistake. We got chatting through out our call about different TV shows and we both like to make lists about the shows we are watching. I mentioned in passing about my WiFi connection dropping periodically especially on my work laptop and also I only have mobile signal in one room of my flat due to signal issues (not sky mobile). Without me specifically calling about it, he was looking into it and seeing what he could do. Martin very kindly offered to get the Sky Max WiFi box and a puck/booster to be sent to me with the cost waived. This was not something I was expecting and was such an unexpected but pleasant shock. We spoke about Sky things but also life things and it was like I was talking to a friend (but he didn't negate any professionalism). Martin went above and beyond with the help he has given me, and not in a hyperbole way, he has got to be one of the best customer service advisor/agent I have ever spoken to. The AHT of the call may have been higher than average, but that shouldn't matter when the service provided is exceptional. To Martin - sincerely, thank you so much for everything. You made my evening a bit brighter. To Martin's Manager/s - Martin is a credit to you and to Sky. Please make sure he gets full recommendations/acknowledgments/bonuses that can be given to him.

I had a call today, Friday 19th September which started around 4.15pm - I was connected with Richard who is an absolute credit to your business. Richard was patient, courteous and informative from the second he answered the phone to the second the call ended. Richard was knowledgeable, built a rapport with me and added a good level of humour that made the experience more enjoyable. Richard helped me to choose my product and service from Sky in good time and made the whole experience hassle free. If feedback is able to be provided to Richard I'd be very appreciative.

I just want to send another thanks to Lynne, she really changed my experience after a bad phone call with a previous sky call. She listened and apologied on the behalf of the previous caller, she took time to understand my situation. She did her best to resolve my issue and gave me a great deal. She explained everything is detail and answered any questions I had, after our call I was left satisfied and very happy to still be a loyal Sky customer, she is a real credit to Sky and I hope she gets good recognition. We had Noel attend our property this afternoon to diagnose and hopefully repair a faulty picture issue. He immediately pinpointed the cause and offered suggestions to rectify. All work was done quickly and efficiently with no fuss and no mess left afterwards (although he did forget a piece of his equipment which he is welcome to collect next time he is in the area).
