			We exchanged our sky Glass back to Sky Q today and, as a result were unable to connect the Sky Q box to the new TV.
we contacted Sky and spoke to a Tech Advisor who unfortunately I neglected to get his name.
after nearly an hour we we're finally connected. It was such a relief. But the thanks must go to the Tech Guy who assisted me with such patience. He was so calm and knowledgeable about everything I wanted and needed.
I would be most grateful to Sky if you could track down him and pass on my grateful thanks and if possible reward him with internal thanks.
