My daughter in law and I spoke to Ethan this morning to sort out my Sky package, he was extremely friendly and incredible at his job. He helped us to understand the offers and packages as well as giving us the truth about what was the better priced option. In all honesty, we rang up to cancel everything but he worked his magic and managed to help us to only have the package i needed despite other colleagues of his forcing me into ones I didn't want, need or understand. We are immensely grateful for him. 5 star employee!! He also informed us of the mobile deals that I was unaware of and that could save me a lot of money also. Amazing service! I've signed up with Sky at around 8pm without any isssues. Very polite customer service and extremely quick sign up process. I've received my Sky Stream pick next morning literally after 10 hours. That's amazing how fast they delivered it! The deal and price were also amazing! Excellent service - when we called to sort our increasing bill - being pensioners with a disabled son living at home - both Fiona (in Glasgow) and Katrina (in Livingstone) were exceptionally helpful and went the extra mile! Fiona was so friendly and reassuring and called us back with a package much more suitable to our requirements and income. We are extremely grateful to both these lovely ladies and would like our thanks to be passed to them and hopefully for them to be recognised by Sky management for their excellent service.

I would like to thank a very kind gentleman called Matthew for all his help and assistance after I had my Apple tablet and iPhone hacked. Also for making sure that from now on, no one has access to my Sky as I am the bill payer. Also, this morning I had a lovely experience with a gentleman from Mumbai who was so patient with me in signing a new contract. He too was very patient with me. Being hacked is a truly awful experience. Particularly when one of the hackers has screamed extremely personal information over my fence. Big thanks to Andrew for giving me a call back to discuss my broadband options. We spoke 16/07/24 & I initially gave him a 7/8 rating because he didn't call back the next day as promised. I contacted sky customer service today to change my address as I am moving homes this month. However I have two accounts for sky one for mobile and one for broadband due to issues with my email addresses when signing up. The woman I spoke to the on the phone was so polite so lovely and managed my request with ease! I could not thank her enough for sorting out my request which I know I had made more work. We live in a world where we do not say thank you enough for peoples service. She made my experience with Sky over the phone stress free especially with the stresses of moving into a new home. Just want to send a big thank you to everyone involved in my Full Fibre installation... Openreach were brilliant, the chap arrived two days after I put the order in because he couldn't do the original job he was booked for so just popped by and the Sky chap who did the final hook up... Arrived in his slot and completed his bit within an hour... Absolutely faultless service and the broadband speeds are cracking. To say I'm happy with how it all went is an understatement.... Two weeks from ordering to being connected is amazing especially how my previous ISP (BT) said there was no Openreach appointments for at least 3 months 🤣 Excellent work Sky & Openreach 👌

Just wanted to say a massive thanks for Sid who has helped me today with moving my Sky to my new address. I was really stressed as with all the costs of the new house I could not afford a more expensive deal but Sid managed to actually find me a better deal that I was on before! He was very friendly and welcoming, offered great reassurance and showed a high level of charisma which is not very often experienced when you chat with sales/customer services. I was really impressed how smooth the whole thing was and the level of customer service was just excellent. Sid made my day today and made my move tiny bit less stressful. He's a star - I'm a really thankful customer and I am more inclined to stay with Sky for longer.

The last 3 days I have contacted sky, the reason I contacted as we are out of contract and we're going to leave for another provider. On Monday 8th July I spoke to a male advisor who (possibly Brian) was fantastic really knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, no pressure just good advise. Still not sure and short of time I had to end to the call and had a thought. On Tuesday 9th I contacted a lady, around 5:30pm and spent 2 hours on the phone with the best advisor I have ever had the privilege speaking to, she was not only super helpful and knowledgeable, she was very nice, made the experience very easy, so much so I didn't realise we were in the phone for 2 hours!! (Sorry I have forgotten her name began with 'M') honestly got me the best package for the price I wanted. Really super pleased. Today 10th, had an issue with signing credit agreement, spoke to another advisor who sorted it straight away, no fuss, knew exactly what to do. Honestly the best service from not only one but 3 operators, thank you sky team. One very very happy customer!

I got a new mobile upgrade with sky around 29th June. I have to say, it was one if the easiest and best transactions through sky that I have ever experienced. I think the ladies name was Diane. She immediately made me feel at ease, she explained everything to me without the usual jargon and I did not feel pressured at all! She was extremely pleasant to talk to and definitely went above and beyond to ensure I had gotten the best deal and the best phone suited to my needs. I have just had to have my Sky Q box replaced with yourselves and on receiving it and following the instructions, I had no satellite signal. I called your technical team and spoke to Mimi (call started at 11:22 and I was on the call for 28 minutes with her). I know people are quick to complain about poor service but I want to buck that trend and also because Mimi was the best person I have ever spoken to when needing technical assistance and or customer service. She was the most patient, caring, pleasant, happy and understanding person I have ever had to speak to over the phone whilst clearly being an absolute expert in what she needed to know. She put everything over so well and I was having a bit of a tough day but half way through the call everything was starting to work and her character, attitude and generally happy self was contagatious, she just made me smile and laugh. I wish whoever I need to call in the future has a Mimi on the end of the phone as it would never any more be a hassle. All I want to know is that Mimi has had some praise from Sky and she is recognised for providing such a great service on behalf of Sky. Please let me know that she has been recognised.

Saying thanks to Josh who did an admiral job of navigating the offers available to us less technically minded 'oldies' (ish) on 3/7/24 He spent over an hour talking us through and tailoring our package to our requests, without blinding us with too much knowledge, which quite frankly goes straight over our heads!! The whole deal was a good £20 a month saving on our previous broadband supplier and we have SO MUCH MORE for our money now!! I just wanted to leave a 5 star review for Joe in the Sky VIP call centre in London. I'd make it 6 star if that was possible! He was just the loveliest american guy from NYC, who not only sorted my Sky query out promptly and effectively, he also gave me heaps and heaps of advice and recommendations for my upcoming trip to NYC. His customer service was outstanding and I would really like for this to be acknowledged with him. He made my custom feel important, didn't rush me off the call and all in all made me feel like my call mattered! I now have my Sky query resolved and a wonderful list of recommended places to visit in NYC from someone who lived there.... the best kind of recommendations! I wanted to find a way to thank the advisor I spoke to this evening. I believe his name was Steven, and I'm pretty sure he was Scottish. I called at about 7:30pm to change my address and order a new phone. He helped me through every step, was patient when my baby was making all sorts of noises in the background and was an all around lovely person. I usually dread ringing places like sky up but this advisor is a credit to your company and deserves some recognition. Thank you 🤩

Spoke yesterday to Jessica from Manchester in the customer loyalty department regarding my sky broadband. She was incredibly helpful and kept the whole process very easy and smooth. Never recieved a link to a survey after the call so just wanted to make sure she got the recognition she deserved.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to engineer Mark who visited me yesterday (6/09/23), here in Eastbourne. He arrived with a bright "Sky Engineer here" and proceeded to fix my problems, expalining what he was doing and getting the job done very quickly and with a cheery smile and a very kind and bright disposition. Massive thanks to Louise at Sky. Who helped me get my broadband installed. She took the case on and was really patient in understanding the issues with openreach ensuring that they had clear information to follow. I want to thank Liam (removed) HE has been Amazing. I phoned up couple of weeks ago to negotiate my new Contract which was coming to the end. I spoke to another Liam (Coincidence) and we sorted everything out...so I thought...
A few days later I looked to see the price negotiated online....it had nearly DOUBLED in price!
Rang up spoke to another Liam, realised from the voice it was a different Liam.
He was fabulous, sorted it all out, and told me he was going to ring me today (Sunday) after I finish work
to let me know everything. Sure enough he phoned back and it's been corrected.
He was professional, and knew his stuff lol! A lovely Manchester Lad lol!

I don’t often post anything but want to take this opportunity to say thank you to Emma from the Dunfermline Technical Team who went above and beyond to help me sort an issue I was having with Sky. Having been round various departments over the period of a week, I was fortunate to eventually get through to Emma who took time to listen to my issue. She then took the necessary action to resolve the issue which had put me at the brink of terminating my contract with Sky after being a loyal customer for over 24 years. Emma was knowledgeable about the policies and operational aspects of the organisation. She took the time to explain everything clearly and above all was able to resolve the issue I was faced with in the most professional manner I could have ever imagined. Her professionalism is exemplary and she is a true ambassador for Sky. I wish there were many more like her at Sky, as her impact on the organisation is simply exceptional. Thank you every so much for your kindness and professionalism, Emma!
