I got a new mobile upgrade with sky around 29th June. I have to say, it was one if the easiest and best transactions through sky that I have ever experienced. I think the ladies name was Diane. She immediately made me feel at ease, she explained everything to me without the usual jargon and I did not feel pressured at all! She was extremely pleasant to talk to and definitely went above and beyond to ensure I had gotten the best deal and the best phone suited to my needs.
