Mimi in Technical Support was Amazing

I have just had to have my Sky Q box replaced with yourselves and on receiving it and following the instructions, I had no satellite signal. I called your technical team and spoke to Mimi (call started at 11:22 and I was on the call for 28 minutes with her).
I know people are quick to complain about poor service but I want to buck that trend and also because Mimi was the best person I have ever spoken to when needing technical assistance and or customer service. She was the most patient, caring, pleasant, happy and understanding person I have ever had to speak to over the phone whilst clearly being an absolute expert in what she needed to know. She put everything over so well and I was having a bit of a tough day but half way through the call everything was starting to work and her character, attitude and generally happy self was contagatious, she just made me smile and laugh. I wish whoever I need to call in the future has a Mimi on the end of the phone as it would never any more be a hassle.

All I want to know is that Mimi has had some praise from Sky and she is recognised for providing such a great service on behalf of Sky.

Please let me know that she has been recognised.
