Just wanted to say a massive thanks for Sid who has helped me today with moving my Sky to my new address. I was really stressed as with all the costs of the new house I could not afford a more expensive deal but Sid managed to actually find me a better deal that I was on before! He was very friendly and welcoming, offered great reassurance and showed a high level of charisma which is not very often experienced when you chat with sales/customer services. I was really impressed how smooth the whole thing was and the level of customer service was just excellent. Sid made my day today and made my move tiny bit less stressful. He's a star - I'm a really thankful customer and I am more inclined to stay with Sky for longer.
