Hi, I have just contacted Sky with a view to cancel my package as my contract had come to an end and the cost was significantly higher. Mellissa who took the call was keen to keep me as a customer and has managed to get me a deal close to what I was paying before and has explained potential future increases so that if I notice my bill change I understand why.
