Your external line has been solid for a good while. Your wifi both 2.4 and 5ghz packed in 1/2 hour ago.

After 3 failed frustrating phone calls talking to machines and then getting cut off, I eventually spoke to a very nice lady, Sarah, who helped me sort out the problem with my router. It was the sky shield!! She took it off and all seems well. Thanks Sarah. 🤞🤞🤞🤞it is fixed.

I have an engineer booked but it says it's On progress but still nothing Is happening and sky are still billing me full price on my bills it happened last month and is also happening again this month super low speeds, don't think we've been above 14 this week and are down to under 7.8 now. Not impressed

Login and goto broadband & talk and broadband shield is here. Click on this and the default is PG-13, change this to 18+ to see if this works for you.

I got sky Q broadband talk talk, phone pay-as-you-go my speed is less than one megabyte it's still coming through copper wire. They don't even do broadband that slow. What does saying that's the party Joe bought after giving me £36 back because I wasn't even getting between one and 2 MB, I was supposed be getting 36 day ripping people off. when I go to my sky to do a broadband speed check, it says my broadband isn't with sky unbelievable
