Sky broadband not working

Slow Internet for a number of days

Even when the broadband is working for the Internet (very occasionally) I'm getting error message MR102 on my sky mini box and unable to connect to the mini box

Does the Ireland customer service not work on a Sunday? 

Tried to call using the number provided and doesn't work

@Ant1328  Have you tried to run the broadband test to see if it saves you a call to Sky. This can be done following the link below. Please check that the flag in the bottom right of the link below is the flag of Ireland.
