Just received a replacement router and a new booster (the one that looks like the router but it's white). WPS not working at all. All I get is, after a while, the flashing amber WPS light turns to flashing red light. An engineer came and said there's to much electrical interference. How when my old router worker and connected to a white, flat type booster? Now my old white booster and the new upright white booster won't connect to this new router 🤦🏻♂️Obviously myself and the technician presumably missed something but it feels like I've tried everything. Moved the booster to about 10 inches from the router, reset both the router and booster, unplugged them for a bit, even tried hard wiring with an ethernet cable which does get me the 3 green lights but when I disconnect the ethernet cable to place the booster where I need it (not 10 inches from the router), I lose the connection again🤦🏻♂️
