Why am i being billed twice when internet was part of my package anyway ?

I get charged for my Internet and my stream but the package I got included all of it ( combined) so why am i being billed like its a separate thing when it should be included in the original package price as I'd never have got the Internet in the firstbllace and it wasn't an additional order I added.

It's pretty sneaky you do this

@Shell16  Sky Stream & Broadband are billed seperately, if you look at your bills you should see 1 charge for stream & 1 for Broadband.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Broadband service is separate from the TV service so you will receive 2 different bills one for the Tv and one for the broadband.

Sly do bundle offers for Tv and broadband together but didn't mean they won't be billed separately. The activation and start date will be different for a start

@Shell16

I agree with the advice already given and you aren't talking to Sky here. We are customers like yourself.

If you're past your cooling off period then you are likely to be subject to a minimum term.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
