Sky mobile minus total

Hello, I paid £45 towards my sky mobile credit agreement. Direct debit has gone out of bank today for my normal full amount but my estimated total is -£18.25?

Does the £45 I paid get deducted from my "total left to pay"? Or is it just sitting there as credit?

The estimated total of -£18.25 .relates to your next bill, not the one you've paid today.

It's best not to make manual payments. Let your monthly card payment or direct debit do the job.

Because you had a credit on your account this months bill of £26.75 was taken from the £45 meaning the £18.25 is what is left of the credit which will be used to art pay next months bill. As advised above it is not wise to make manual payments.
