No broadband and no tv

No broadband no tv and 25th March for engineer visit?!?! Still haven't spoken to a human and trying since 9am. All troubleshooting completed looks like a failure with satellite and wifi. 
25th March not good enough though

What's the issue with each service? Error messages? You say you have a date for the engineer - that's most likely for your TV issue. Have you reported the broadband issue?
