What the hell is going on at sky

First I checked my bill and next month's and realised they just changing it when ever they want so decided to switch to virgin before I even got to the end page of completion sky emailed me saying if I leave I'll owe them for this and that then further down it said we can do u a better deal for the same Broadband im on for £27 a month but had to ring them, I was on the phone for around 30 mins and got told I'd get a call back after they applied the new payment but that was days ago and my account still showing the higher prices I have screen shot everything so if I do leave I can prove EVERYTHING never felt so let down by a company as big as sky shame really.

@Eva7 Sky increase prices annually like every other provider. In Sky's case, the increase is in April.

If they've agreed a customised deal for you it will take a few days for it to applied manually. I suspect that's the reason for the delay. You could call them back to check, if you wish.

@Eva7 I'd suggest taking a look at the Virgin forum. It may be a case of out of the frying pan, into the fire......
