Netflix - Still being charged.
I can see my old post has got over 200 views in 20 minutes, but must have broken guidelines so I've reworded it here.
I successfully cancelled Sky Broadband & TV in December. My TV package included Netflix, I logged in to my Netflix account Feb to see if my billing was still with Sky and have been charged £40 in March. I have now been put on a pay as you go TV package which is disgusting. The ONLY reason I logged in is because my little daughter clicked Netflix on our living room TV and it took us by surprise because as far as I was concerned it was cancelled in December.
What makes it worse is, we didn't even stream a program. I haven't used my Sky device since August so surely that can't justify me being put on a pay as you go service?
When I was with sky I couldn't fault the service. This however has left a sour taste in my mouth
Can anyone give me some advice regarding why I've been charged and how I could potentially get the money back? I suspect I'm going to be charged in April now as you pay a month in advance.

Re: Netflix - Still being charged.
Sky resolved this issue. If you experience the same thing, give them a call.
