Receiving emails to my old address.
I have changed my email address. I have updated my SKY email account address but I am still receiving Emails from Sky at my old email address. I want to stop using my old address. Can you help?

If you've changed your email address here, it's most likely simply that it takes a short while for Sky's various systems to be updated with the new details: https://www.sky.com/mydetails/account-info
Meanwhile you may be able to set up an automated diversion on your old email account to forward Sky emails to your new address.

If you have updated your email addesss on your account then I don't think there is my more you can do as it might be that it takes a little while for the system to recognise the change.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

It's been quite some time (at least a month or two) since changing my address. It doesn't feel right that it is taking this long.

I received another Sky VIP email to my old address on the 5th. Still not fixed. Can anyone help please?

You could give Sky a call, if you're concerned? Or set up a filter/rule, if possible, on your old email account to automatically forward incoming emails to your new one.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for the suggestions. I am trying to move internet providers so I won't have the email for much longer.
I've seen other similar posts where Sky have sorted this over a chat session. I would prefer to do this if Sky can contact me.
