Upgrade subscription

My subscription is coming to a end, and my bill is going up by £20 how can I sort this please

Hi @Sjones2 

I suspect it is your discounts that are ending and not your subscription.

Youneed to speak directly to Sky to see if you can negotiate a new contract and deal.

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.
