Recently came back to Sky. When I try to create new account, says email already in use.
When I log on to sky - shows old account as closed more than 2 years ago.
I have tried to edit email address to replace it with another so I can set up new account.
Each time I click on edit email address it returns me to MY details page
Any suggestions?
