Hi my question is sky has sent me the wrong  sky box they have sent me the white box in which I already have set up I did ask for a box a box that I can put the wires in the back and set up and watch my my TV I need a sky Q Box as I am sitting here with no TV could you send me a sky Q box tomorrow as I  will have no TV over the Xmas I did saly when I rang up I need a box. So I can log on and watch my TV look forward for a reply  and let me know what will happen nxted thanks Debbie

You will need to give Sky a call, this is a community forum of other Sky customers so if you believe Sky have sent you the wrong equipment calling them will be the best way to get it rectified.
