Roger Grigg

I cancelled TNT Sport on the chat line and a new deal for £110.5 was agreed. Despite this I was charged for TNT in December. I complained and it was accepted that this offer had been made but not implemented. SKY then tried to talk me into a deal to include Sky Sports which I do not want and the chat wax discontinued by SKY with no explanation

So if the TNT subscription was cancelled (with an appropriate notice period) and future bills are showing the agreed price of £110 you should be sorted?
